Six critical areas every dg666 member should understand before using the platform.

Section 1

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the dg666 website at dg666.ws and any associated mobile-optimised versions, including all games, betting markets, account tools and payment interfaces available on it.
• "Account" means a registered player account held by a Member on the Platform, linked to a verified Bangladesh mobile number and a secure password.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer or VIP reward issued to a Member's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required before a Member may withdraw funds, conducted per dg666's verification procedures.
• "Real Money Play" means any wager placed using real currency deposited into a Member's Account, as distinct from free play or demo modes that do not involve real funds.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is on dg666's self-exclusion list, or is otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under this Agreement or applicable law.

Section 2

2. Eligibility

The Platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while holding an Account:

To register and maintain an Account you must:

• Be aged 21 or above at the date of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Be a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity;
• Not be registered on dg666's self-exclusion list or any applicable third-party self-exclusion register;
• Provide accurate, current and complete personal information at registration and keep it accurate throughout your membership.

Section 3

3. Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may register only one Account. Holding more than one Account — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address or household — is a material breach of this Agreement. dg666 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and void any balances, bonuses or winnings associated with them without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dg666 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to do so. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify dg666 immediately via live chat on dg666.ws. dg666 may take any appropriate action to secure your Account upon such notification, including temporary suspension pending investigation.

• Provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number you own and control — this is your primary login identifier and account-recovery destination;
• Choose a strong, unique password not used for any other service, and never share it with anyone;
• Log out from shared or public devices after every session and never enable "stay logged in" on a device you do not exclusively control;
• Complete KYC verification when requested by submitting accurate government-issued ID. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal being withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed;
• Notify dg666 customer support promptly if any registered account detail changes, including your mobile number.

Section 4

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

dg666 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction. dg666 does not accept deposits from credit cards, anonymous payment systems, or accounts not registered in the Member's own name.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a Bangladesh mobile money account (bKash, Nagad or Rocket) registered in the Member's own name, matching the identity on their dg666 Account. dg666 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Members who have not yet completed KYC will be prompted to do so upon submitting their first withdrawal request;
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts. Processing may take longer during periods of high volume; however, dg666 imposes no business-hours restriction on withdrawal processing;
• Funds deposited on the Platform may only be withdrawn after being used for at least one qualifying wager, except where dg666 explicitly waives this requirement in writing;
• dg666 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk thresholds, and to delay processing until satisfactory documentation is received;
• Any winnings derived from a Bonus are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived winnings before satisfying the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

dg666 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) may apply their standard transfer fees independently of dg666. Members are responsible for checking their provider's current fee schedule. dg666 accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Section 5

5. Bonuses and Promotions

dg666 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. dg666 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion and to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is credited to an Account;
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. This rollover must be satisfied exclusively through Real Money Play on eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to accounts other than the one to which they were credited. Bonuses credited in error must be reported to customer support immediately and will be reversed;
• dg666 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on dg666.ws;
• Any Member found abusing bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk or opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus manipulation — will have their bonuses and winnings voided and their Account closed immediately.

Section 6

6. Responsible Gaming

dg666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals. All Members agree to use the Platform responsibly and to use dg666's responsible gaming tools if they believe their gambling may be causing harm. dg666 provides the following tools to all Members free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase applies;
• Self-exclusion: Members wishing to stop gambling may request self-exclusion for a period of their choosing (minimum 6 months) by contacting [email protected]. Requests are processed within 24 hours, resulting in immediate suspension of all betting and casino access;
• Cooling-off periods: Members may request a temporary break for any period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period the Account remains open but all wagering and deposit functions are suspended;
• Reality checks: The Platform displays session duration notifications at regular intervals. Members may configure the frequency of these notifications in their account settings.

dg666 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where dg666 has reasonable grounds to believe a Member may be a problem gambler, acting under financial duress, or may be a Prohibited Person. Restrictions may include temporary suspension, deposit limits or permanent closure.

Section 7

7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Members must use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with this Agreement at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, entitling dg666 to take immediate action including Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage in any game, or circumvent security measures;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or undocumented features in any game or system on the Platform to generate winnings that would not otherwise arise under normal play conditions;
• Colluding with other players, including sharing information about in-play hands or positions in real time in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity, including depositing funds from illegal sources or transferring funds between third parties through the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point during use of the Platform, including impersonating another person or submitting documents that are not your own.

Section 8

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including the dg666 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, software, source code, game interfaces, text content and all other materials on dg666.ws — are owned by or licensed to dg666 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse engineered or exploited without the prior written consent of dg666.

Your use of the Platform grants you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No ownership rights or broader licences are granted.

Section 9

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dg666 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses during technical malfunctions or connectivity interruptions, provided dg666 takes reasonable steps to restore service and fairly settle affected wagers;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform, which is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

Section 10

10. Amendments to These Terms

dg666 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on dg666.ws with the revision date indicated at the top of this page. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, dg666 will endeavour to provide advance notice via a platform notification or by email to your registered address. Failure to provide such notice will not affect the validity of the amended Terms.

Section 11

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by the laws applicable to dg666's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact our customer support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. dg666 aims to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of your initial contact, either party may pursue formal legal channels as applicable under governing law.
